WHO WE ARE
A Cultural Force, Rooted in Bangladesh — Reaching the World
DOAS (Dreams of Artist Society) is a non-political, non-profit socio-cultural organization established in 2018, headquartered at 1763, North Agrabad, Mistripara, Chittagong-4100, Bangladesh.
It was formally registered as a Society under the Societies Registration Act of Bangladesh in 2023 (Registration No. CHS-691/2023), and is additionally registered with the Government of Spain — making it an internationally recognized cultural institution operating across Europe and beyond.
DOAS operates with a profound belief: culture has the power to transform minds, dissolve borders, and establish lasting peace. In a world often divided by difference, DOAS believes that art, music, language, and creative expression are the most honest bridges between human beings.
From its roots in Chittagong, Bangladesh, DOAS has grown into a globally connected organization, with active operations across multiple continents — uniting artists, educators, communities, and institutions under a shared vision of cultural harmony.

05
OUR REACH
A Global Cultural Network
DOAS has cultivated one of the most diverse artist networks of any cultural organization rooted in Bangladesh. Through years of international festivals, collaborative events, and cultural exchange programs, DOAS has directly worked with and hosted artists from countries including — but not limited to — Bangladesh, Spain, and artists representing more than 8 nations across Asia, Europe, and beyond.
Every artist DOAS has collaborated with carries genuine knowledge of the organization — not as an institution they merely performed at, but as a creative community they became part of. DOAS's relationships with international artists are built on trust, mutual respect, and a shared belief in culture as a force for peace.
The DOAS Honorary Members platform formalizes these international bonds — recognizing accomplished artists from across the world and integrating them into DOAS's growing global community. DOAS's committees in Bangladesh and Spain actively maintain ongoing communication with cultural figures, festivals, and institutions worldwide.

IMPACT
Where Art Becomes a Lifeline
DOAS has always believed that art is not a luxury — it is a right. This belief has driven some of the organization's most meaningful work, far beyond stages and galleries.
Free Education for Passionate Learners
Over the years, DOAS has provided completely free training in music, fine arts, photography, and computer literacy to young people who carried passion in their hearts but lacked the financial means. These are investments in a generation of creators — many of whom have gone on to build careers shaped by the skills DOAS gave them.
Rescuing Youth from Darkness
Some of DOAS's most quietly significant work has been among young people caught in the grip of drugs, moral decay, and destructive lifestyles. Through art, community, discipline, and creative purpose, DOAS has helped many find their way back — to themselves, to their families, and to society.
Nurturing Artists from Zero
DOAS has been the starting point for many artists who had no platform, no support, and no visibility — from helping them record their first tracks to placing them on international stages.
The DOAS Welfare Fund
A dedicated Welfare Fund — contributed to by a fixed 5% of all organizational earnings — supports members, affiliated artists, and any individual facing genuine crisis. A safety net built by the community, for the community.
Self-Funded. Mission-Driven.
Over nearly a decade, DOAS has financed major festivals and purchased instruments, equipment, and infrastructure entirely from internal resources. This is an organization that funds its mission before it funds itself.
08
CREATIVE APPROACH
Every Event Is a New Canvas
DOAS approaches every event as a creative act in itself. Whether organizing an international music festival spanning 8 countries or a community concert in Chittagong, the organization brings the same commitment: think differently, establish creative freedom, and deliver something that leaves a mark.
DOAS has successfully planned, managed, and executed events for national military institutions, international civic organizations, global development bodies, and its own internationally attended festivals. Each event has been produced with professional precision and an unmistakable artistic identity.
We do not produce template experiences — we create genuine cultural moments.
At the core of every DOAS event is a refusal to repeat itself. The organization does not produce template experiences — it creates genuine cultural moments. This is what has earned DOAS the loyalty of its artists, the trust of its institutional partners, and the enthusiasm of its audiences.

VISION
DOAS Cultural Beacon — A Dream Taking Shape
Looking ahead, DOAS envisions the establishment of the DOAS Cultural Beacon — a dedicated physical institution that will serve as a comprehensive center for cultural research, arts education, international exchange, and creative community.
This ambitious project will bring together under one roof: performance halls, recording studios, galleries, classrooms, language learning centers, technology departments, and residential spaces — creating a world-class destination for culture, learning, and human connection.
The DOAS Cultural Beacon represents the full realization of everything DOAS stands for — a permanent, living monument to the belief that culture can build the bridges that politics cannot.
The world is better when its cultures speak to one another.
DOAS is building toward this vision steadily and with resolve, supported by its global community, its institutional partners, and the generosity of those who believe — as we do — that the world is better when its cultures speak to one another.
