STEP 1
The Board & Setup
8×8 checkered board with 64 squares
Each player starts with 12 pieces
Pieces go on dark squares only
Red pieces on one side, Black on the other

STEP 2
How to Move
Diagonal Only
Pieces move diagonally forward only, one square at a time.
Dark Squares
Pieces always stay on dark squares. Never move to light squares.
Forward Only
Regular pieces can only move forward. Kings are the exception.
Tip: Plan your moves ahead to control the center!

STEP 3
Capturing Pieces
Jump over an opponent's piece diagonally
The captured piece is removed from the board
Multiple jumps in one turn are allowed!
If a jump is available, you MUST take it
⚡ Chain Captures: Jump multiple pieces in one move for a big advantage!

Becoming a King 👑
Reach the last row on your opponent's side to get crowned!
Your opponent places a captured piece on top to crown you.
Kings can move AND capture in ALL 4 diagonal directions.
Kings are your most powerful pieces — protect them!
