We are an integrated holding company specializing in development, construction, reconstruction, and energy efficiency solutions. With 20+ years of experience and a stable team on the Czech market, we deliver complex projects.

Our latest milestone is the Icon Park (icon-park.cz), awarded Project of 2024. For specific projects, we establish SPVs to ensure financial control.

Since 2022, we have focused on the practical application of energy systems within construction, leading to our specialized energy division.
