Fewer Collisions & More Distinctive Slides

April 27, 2026

New Quality Checks

  • 🔎 Visual Collision Review: Bobr now renders each finished slide and checks for obvious layout issues like overlapping elements, clipped text, cut-off images, or text placed directly on busy photos
  • 📐 Overflow Guard: Slides are checked against the full 1920x1080 canvas, so content that runs past the edge gets sent back for a fix before it reaches your deck
  • ✨ Generic Slide Guard: A new classifier spots layouts that feel too template-like and asks the AI to make them more distinctive with stronger hierarchy, richer composition, and more intentional styling

Why Slides Look Better

  • Fewer collisions: the AI gets concrete feedback when a title, card, image, icon, or paragraph crashes into another element or gets clipped
  • More readable designs: busy-image backgrounds are reviewed more carefully so text has enough protection, contrast, and breathing room
  • More unique slides: generic patterns like centered text on a basic gradient are less likely to pass on the first try, encouraging bolder visual direction

Behind the Scenes

  • Quality guards run during slide submission, right before the creative agent marks a slide as finished
  • If a guard finds a problem, Bobr returns specific feedback and gives the AI one chance to repair the slide instead of accepting the broken version
  • The new generic-slide guard is experiment-gated, so we can tune quality improvements carefully while measuring their impact on real presentations
